I can come to your office, work remotely, or a combination of the two.

It can overwhelm even the most efficient of us.
Your time should be for the important things and I can take care of the ‘little’ things.

Not enough hours in the day for all the life admin?
I am here to help.
My services are not just for businesses, I can assist with your general life admin as well.
Whether you’ve got a house move, too many school emails coming in to keep track of, appointments and meetings to organise or seeking quotes from tradesmen – I can sort all of this for you.
A real bugbear for many people in this fast paced world is having to chase and keep on top of companies who have promised you a service and then let you down. How many times have you put the phone down on a recorded message telling you that you are number 19 in the queue, because you simply do not have the time or energy to deal with it. So these companies get away with appalling customer service.
My old fashioned values mean that I believe customer service should – as it was – be at the heart of all businesses. It is certainly at the heart of mine.
My aim is to give you peace of mind knowing that I will be doing the needful in order to take that frustration away and replace it with a list of satisfactory outcomes.
Wouldn’t it be nice if all you had to do was write the ‘To Do’ list and hand it over to someone?
Well, now you can!
It could be as basic a diarising birthday reminders to a more complex operation like organising a party…take the stress out of your life, give yourself more time for YOU. And give ME the list!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come to my office?
Yes, I love visiting people in their homes and offices. I do not charge for visits within a 10 mile radius.
Outside of the 10 miles, there would be an added fee, agreed in advance.
What if the project over runs, or I need to add more time?
We can agree a fee for the project and any additional hours at the start.
How does working remotely work?
Whilst a lot of people have only discovered recently – with the lockdowns – that they can work remotely, I already have experience of this.
I started virtual PA work over 10 years ago. It’s actually very simple with technology to do this and with Zoom and other ways of contacting people. It is also possible to do meetings remotely.
However, I am flexible and can do both. I actually prefer to be with people in person.
What hours do you work?
Working for myself on behalf of clients means that my hours of work are flexible.
This is beneficial to both parties as it means I am available outside of the usual 9-5. If a project requires it, I can work weekends.
When are payments due?
Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
If you need a different payment schedule, we can agree that ahead of the work starting.
